An All Inclusive Coordination Package gives the bride, groom and their families the knowledge that everything involved in the planning process is taken care of. The Epic Events team will take care of budget creation, guidance and management ensuring that every dollar spent is going to make an impact on your guests. We create custom Month-by-Month Task Schedule for the bride and groom to follow which are explained in detail at our monthly meetings. We pair you with the best vendors and suppliers to fulfill your vision and suit your budget. We help facilitate your décor ideas, create floor plans and conceptual drawing so your wedding comes to life and allows you to fully envision what your final product will look like. And of course, we provide all the necessary staff and management needs to make sure that your wedding day runs smoothly. We provide unlimited emails and phone calls throughout the planning process.
Wedding Day Management
This package is perfect for the do-it-yourself couple who want to enjoy themselves on their wedding day. We take away the stress of making sure the day runs smoothly so you can enjoy creating memories with your loved ones.
The Epic Events team comes on board six weeks before your wedding to help manage all vendor communications and logistics. We help you to create a comprehensive wedding day itinerary that is mindful of all the event management aspects of the wedding day that might have been missed. We meet at your venue to do a full walk-through, so we are able to ensure the day is set up exactly to how you imagined. And of course, we provide all the necessary staff and management needs to make sure that your wedding day runs smoothly. We provide unlimited emails and phone calls throughout the six week process.
This package is perfect for the couple who has all of the logistics around their wedding day complete – but need help tying it all together! Bringing decor design experience to the table, we are able to assist in booking vendors who are able to coordinate to meet your vision. From flowers, linens and centerpieces to the small details, we will make sure your dream day is created. We meet with the bride and groom six-nine months prior to event to help narrow down what you are looking for. We help coordinate all rental items needed along with delivery and set-up needs and act as a point-of-contact for those vendors involved in the design process.
A LA CARTE SERVICES
The Double Check Consultation $150 (in person)
Perfect for the DIY bride who wants to go over plans so far to make sure there are no gaps or holes. Sit down for a two-hour consultation with an experienced planner to make sure that you are on the right track! The piece of mind that you receive is priceless.
The Bridal 911 Consultation $45 (via phone or Skype)
It’s the same as the Double Check Consultation but over the phone or Skype for those with even busier schedules or are too far from our office. This is a 60-minute scheduled call to help answer all of your planning questions. Perfect for the DIY bride who wants to go over plans so far to make sure there are no gaps or holes. All items discussed will be followed up with an email full of the details!
The DIY Bride’s Set Up Package starting at $200
You have planned it all and just need a team to implement your ideas on the wedding day! This package includes one complimentary consultation meeting, one meeting at your venue to discuss your vision and plan finalize your layout and set up needs, and a crew on the day! We are able to help set up chairs and tables, set up chair covers, linens and other decor that you have rented, place centerpieces, place cards and create your escort table, guest book etc! We can do it all!
Destination/Weekend Wedding Coordination (contact for quote)
Are you heading to warmer weather for your big day? Are you creating an adventure experience for your guests? Are you planning on a weekend celebration? Let us help with the travel plans, week-long guest itineraries, ceremony and reception coordination, and guest amenities (welcome baskets etc.)
