All Inclusive Coordination starting at $3000

From conception to the big day itself, our team will walk you through the steps in creating your dream day. This package is the ultimate stress-reliever for the bride and groom. Using our conversations and current wedding trends as a guide, we will customize every detail of your wedding and make it unique to you. The following key elements will be included:

  • Everything in the “On The Day Coordination” Package is included, as well as all of the below:
  • Budget Creation, Guidance and Management
  • Organize vendor payment schedule
  • Month by Month task schedule and one monthly meeting
  • Vendor interviewing and negotiation
  • Detailed wedding day itinerary
  • Drafted floor plans and conceptual drawings
  • Design unique ideas for decor
  • Meeting with wedding party for a rehearsal before event
  • On site management (Up to 10 hours)
  • Oversee wedding ceremony
  • Educate on etiquette
  • Unlimited emails and phone calls throughout the planning process.
  • Use of our emergency kit (sewing kit, tylenol, shoe polish and much, much more!)

On-the-Day Coordination starting at $750

This package is perfect for the do-it-yourself couple who want to enjoy themselves on their wedding day. We take away the stress of making sure the day runs smoothly so you can enjoy creating memories with your loved ones.

  • Detailed wedding day itinerary
  • Meeting eight weeks prior to your event to get a vision for your day
  • Meeting four weeks prior to your event, at your venue, to complete a walk through. 
  • Final meeting one week prior to event to discuss and last minute details.
  • Meeting with wedding party for a rehearsal before event
  • Communicating with all vendors up to one month prior regarding any Day-Of logistics.
  • On site management (Up to 8 hours)
  • Oversee wedding ceremony
  • Use of our emergency kit
  • Unlimited emails and phone calls throughout the planning process.

Vision Coordination/Event Design (contact for quote)

This package is perfect for the couple who have all of the logistics around their wedding day complete – but need help tying it all together! Bringing decor design experience to the table, we are able to assist in booking vendors who are able to coordinate to meet your vision. From flowers, linens and centerpieces to the small details, we will make sure your dream day is created.

  • Bride and Groom meeting six-nine months prior to event
  • Coordinate your décor vision
  • Coordinate all rental items needed along with delivery and set-up needs
  • Point for Contact for all vendors

The Double Check Consultation!    $150 (in person)

Perfect for the DIY bride who wants to go over plans so far to make sure there are no gaps or holes. Sit down for a two-hour consultation with an experienced planner to make sure that you are on the right track! The piece of mind that you receive is priceless.

The Bridal 911 Consultation!    $45 (via phone or Skype)

It’s the same as the Double Check Consultation but over the phone or Skype for those with even busier schedules or are too far from our office. This is a 60-minute scheduled call to help answer all of your planning questions. Perfect for the DIY bride who wants to go over plans so far to make sure there are no gaps or holes. All items discussed will be followed up with an email full of the details!

Destination/Weekend Wedding Coordination (contact for quote)

Are you heading to warmer weather for your big day? Are you creating an adventure experience for your guests? Are you planning on a weekend celebration? Let us help with the travel plans, week-long guest itineraries, ceremony and reception coordination, and guest amenities (welcome baskets etc.)
